An authentication error has occurred. The function requested is not supported. This could be due to the CredSSP encryption oracle remediation.
Run gpedit.msc
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Credentials Delegation > Encryption Oracle Remediation > Select Enabled and choose Vulnerable.
