QoS settings on an Internet cafe router are primarily meant to ensure that every machine gets its share of bandwidth, thereby keeping the network stable and balanced.
There are two critical parts to Internet cafe router QoS: minimum bandwidth and maximum bandwidth.
Minimum bandwidth can be understood as guaranteed bandwidth;
Maximum bandwidth: when the network is idle, you can fully use the spare bandwidth, but you cannot exceed the set maximum bandwidth;
Maximum bandwidth can be understood as bandwidth limiting.
