VLAN and Router-on-a-Stick Configuration Example
This lab demonstrates how to implement Layer 2 broadcast domain VLAN isolation and full Layer 3 network connectivity in a small business LAN. It covers configuration methods for VLANs, Trunk, and Router-on-a-Stick. It also analyzes broadcast domain sizing, Layer 2 communication processes, the Layer 3 and Layer 2 communication process when PC1 pings PC4, and the Layer 3 and Layer 2 communication process when PC4 pings the SW4 management address.
