IP address filtering is used to set access permissions for intranet hosts to the external network based on IP addresses. It is suitable for scenarios where you need to block/allow communication between all or some ports of a specific intranet IP (or range) and all or some ports of an external IP during a certain time period.
When enabling the IP address filtering function, you must turn on the master firewall switch and specify the default filtering rule for IP address filtering (if anything is unclear during setup, you can click the “Help” button on the current page to view help information):
