I recently encountered the following issue with the Baota (BT) Panel when installing a plugin:
No purchase information detected for this account. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. The plugin has not been purchased or has expired.
2. Please re-bind your account and try again.
3. Please change the server’s public IP to: x.x.x.x
I tried repairing the Baota Panel based on solutions found online, but the issue persisted.
Since I personally manage multiple servers, all with the Baota Panel installed and logged into my Baota account, I guessed 鈥?based on the prompt above 鈥?that the plugin might be restricted to a single server per account.
So, I registered a new Baota account, switched to this new user in the panel, and was able to install the plugin without any problems.
Of course, this issue could be caused by other factors as well. I’m sharing my experience here for anyone
